Posting a copy of the letter should be perfectly safe, since I see websites post copies of cease and desist letters they get all the time (see the waxy.org one for example). Of course, I'm not a lawyer... That’s definitely something that Chilling Effects would be interested in, if they were implying (or explicitly stating) that they’d be going after you even if there wasn’t any outright infringement, just because they don’t like the idea behind the site.

I am the real guy - email me if you don't believe me. The logo can be changed easily - no doubt but I can assure you that they will be coming after me even if I change the logo, colors, font, names, titles, etc. This was clear to me. I'm new to all this legal mumbo jumbo so I am reluctant to say too much for fear of retrubution.
