		<description>Ah, thanks.  I&#039;ve reported sites with the &quot;Ads by Google&quot; link in the past and they were banned afterwards, but they were all obviously violating the Adsense TOS in various ways, it wasn&#039;t about a copyright violation.

I&#039;ll do the DMCA complant route if I need to in the future, thanks.</description>

		<description>I hate to correct you, but doing what you described doesn&#039;t work for reporting copyright infringement. To get a site banned from Adsense for a copyright violation, you have to file a DMCA notice to the Adsense team. You can find information on how to do that here:

My advice is to not click that ads by Google link, I have reported at least one dozen sites that way, none have been banned. That link works, it&#039;s more of a hassle since it has to be faxed or snail mailed, but it works.
