		<description>Ah, thanks.  I've reported sites with the "Ads by Google" link in the past and they were banned afterwards, but they were all obviously violating the Adsense TOS in various ways, it wasn't about a copyright violation.

I'll do the DMCA complant route if I need to in the future, thanks.</description>

		<description>I hate to correct you, but doing what you described doesn't work for reporting copyright infringement. To get a site banned from Adsense for a copyright violation, you have to file a DMCA notice to the Adsense team. You can find information on how to do that here: 

http://www.google.com/adsense_dmca.html

My advice is to not click that ads by Google link, I have reported at least one dozen sites that way, none have been banned. That link works, it's more of a hassle since it has to be faxed or snail mailed, but it works.
